School Improvement Plan 2026-27


Six key areas to improve:

    1. 1. To increase capacity by building and establishing Satellite Provisions.

    2. Implement Re-Structure to include review of all key areas using Digital and AI systems to ensure effective use of resource and implement a new appraisal process to ensure links to key priorities with KPI's.

      3.  To develop the SEND Training Partnership to develop practice across all contexts of Education in Hertfordshire.

      4.  To create a Hertfordshire Kite Mark and become the first SEND Training Centre of excellence.

      5.  To develop our working partnership with the local authority Education Psychology Service

      6.  To develop transition processes and approaches for the different phases of education in preparation for multi-site transitions using the Behaviour Curriculum to support the process.

      This school opens up the world to its pupils. Pupils make astonishing progress because staff are highly skilled. They deliver expertly bespoke curriculums according to pupils’ needs.

      Staff know pupils exceptionally well. There is no ceiling to the ambition they have for the pupils in their charge.
